There are no country paid compensation when colony become independent except Japan.

Even defeated nation Germany pay nothing for their colony. Rather, for instance, Holland demanded 6billions of dollars,
all Dutch property, and took money for developing oil field from Indonesia when they become independent.
All the nations are same. They demand money or nothing (but they did nothing for their colony) from their colony.
Japan is an very exception since they paid huge amounts of money to colonies. Southeast Asians who got independent
by their own hands have this knowledge naturally. So they don't ask Japan nothing, they do not anti-Japan demonstrations.
But Koreans who cannot understand such a knowledge, who are became independent by their no effort can only think "Pay more money !"
